What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally we arrange check-in from 16:00 to 19:00.
We ask you to check out by 11 a.m. after the last night booked.
If you have any other requests or needs, please contact us; we will be happy to find a solution together.
In case of cancellation?
If cancelled or modified at least 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Details of a valid credit card are required as a guarantee to confirm the reservation (there will be no charge, unless cancellation with fine).
Cleaning are included?
The cleaning service is included in the room price.
Should I bring my own linen?
The towels and the sheets for the booked beds are included in the price.
Where to park the car?
A free public car park is nearby and we also have a closed car garage, upon reservation.
I'd like to bring my own bikes. Where do I put it when we get there?
A covered shelter for bikes or motorcycles is available on request.
Where could we eat?
Dogliani and surroundings have a wide range of restaurants, trattorias and taverns, typical or more contemporary. Some are within walking distance and very close to the property. It will be our pleasure to help you to make your choice.
Where to do wine tasting or enjoy a drink?
Whether it’s for an ice cream or for a simple aperitif, you just need to walk a few steps. The “Bottega del Dogliani” with its prestigious collection of local wines is only 100 meters far. Wine shops and resale of typical products are a few steps away from here.
